Levelling and filling compounds  

Self-levelling.
Compound for levelling interior concrete substrates before the laying of parquet, ceramics, textile and PVC floorings. Allowed application thickness is 1-5 mm. EN 13813 CT-C25-F6 cement compound for floor levelling.

Substrate has to be hard, dry, free of dust, grease and at least 30-day old. In case of a porous or highly water-absorbent substrate, impregnation with PODLOGA KONCENTART product is recommended (dilution ratio: PODLOGA KONCENTRAT water=1:3).

A bag of 25 kg of PODOLIT D5 should be added per 4.8-5 l of water and mixed thoroughly with a slow speed mixer until a homogeneous compound is obtained, then leave to rest for 5-10 minutes and mix again. Mixed PODOLIT is then poured onto the substrate, levelled with the screed and, if necessary, smoothed out with a trowel. During application, spiked roller should be used to roll out the remaining air in order to obtain as homogeneous compound as possible. Depending on the thickness of application, or the drying temperature, the surface will be walkable after 24-48 hours. Installation of final substrates (parquet flooring, ceramics, textile, PVC coatings and similar) may be performed after 3-7 days, depending on the floor thickness and drying temperature. Humidity in material must be under 4% to enable installation of finishing coats. Optimal air and substrate temperatures during work and drying should be from +5°C up to +25°C. The compound should be protected from direct sun and wind. Wash tools with water immediately after use. It is of utmost importance to comply with the recommendations regarding the necessary quantity of water. Larger quantity of water will ensure better levelling, but reduce, at the same time, mechanical characteristics of material and cause cracking. Low temperatures and high humidity may considerably prolong the period of drying of materials. Application of thicker layers, just like high temperatures may cause material to crack.
